Refund Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching D-Rice.

Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, before dispatch.

• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only in case of:

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong product delivered

Conditions

• Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• Clear images/videos of the product and packaging are required.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable

• Opened or used food products

• Change of mind after delivery
