MY PERSONAL DAILY ROUTINE

As an entrepreneur since a Decade, and enjoying as parent in joint family, balancing work and family has always been challenging.

I choose to be present—for my children’s, my spouse, my other connected family and my work.

Many of us feel pressured to:

  • Say yes when we want to say no – speak your mind, no one will feel bad, as you are doing as per your capacity, everyone has a limitation.
  • Avoid Attending meetings that could be emails, WhatsApp. This will help you for better Time Management.
  • Be “always available” to prove commitment for what you have planned.

But boundaries are essential.

My 24 Hours Looks Like This

  • 5:15 am: Wake up Freshen-up. Meditation (in a candle lit Ducky Room)
  • 6:30–7:00 am: Time with children’s for School Going Preparation.
  • 7:15–8:00 am: Workout – Brisk Walk With fast Exercise (Head to Toe)
  • 8:00–8:45 am:  Spend time in Kitchen – Cooking.
  • 9:00–9:30 am: Get ready & leave for work
  • 10:00 am–6:00 pm:  Distraction-free work – as per Plan.
  • 7:00 pm onward: Family time
  • 9:00–9:30 pm: Reading
  • 9:30–10:00 pm: Relaxation – phone or TV
  • 10:00–10:30 pm: Emails/messages
  • 10:30–11:00 pm: Night meditation – A Mind Cleaning Process .
  • 11.00 pm – Towards a Sound Sleep.

This rhythm brings me peace, clarity, energy, and emotional balance.

What I’ve learned:
People may make you feel guilty for having boundaries.
But as long as you deliver with integrity and excellence, you have every right to protect your time and peace.
We work to create a better life—not to lose ourselves or our families.
